This class will look at yoga through the lens of back care. This class is appropriate for anyone who suffers acute, chronic or occasional back pain. We will learn basic anatomy of the spine, a few common causes of back pain and how to care for our backs when aggravated as well as some strategies to promote ongoing back health . This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners with no experience.
