Hosted by the Buena Vista Community Association this all levels class is a gentle, general class appropriate for everybody. Come to the yard behind the school for class. Please bring your yoga mat, bug spray if you need and something warm to cover up with. Some blocks and straps are available but if you have your own please bring them along.
