Need Deep Rest?

Join in for a guided experience that will let your body and mind rest. Yoga Nidra is done laying down or sitting comfortably in a chair. All you need to do is listen and receive. This practice goes beyond the physical and works on the deeper layers of the subtle body. By encouraging the body to rest while systematically relaxing the mind you progressively move deeper inwards and can affect positive change on many levels.

No yoga experience is required.

My name is Brett (she/her). I am 38 years old and I live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. I have a deep interest in the healing arts and a genuine desire to share the skills and knowledge I have acquired in hopes of helping others. I believe there is magic in the mundane if we can open our eyes to see it.

Yoga

Yoga is for every body. The physical body is the vehicle of the soul and it should be cared for with proper movement and relaxation. In yoga we use asana (postures) to connect with the body. Active postures are used to wake up parts of the body that are sleeping and dull. Therapeutic postures are used to bring awareness and healing to injuries, chronic conditions and emotional disturbances. Restorative postures are used to balance the nervous system and support deep relaxation.

 
 

Reiki

a healing system that balances the body’s energy

Reiki

Reiki is gentle, yet effective. It provides healing on multiple levels: body, mind, and spirit by promoting the natural flow of energy in and around the body. The elevated vibration of reiki can help clear negative thoughts, feelings and deeper rooted patterns. Reiki can help restore the body’s innate ability to heal and connect one to their inner guidance. Sessions can be done in person or from a distance.
